Drying Data
This graph provides evidence that the structure has been
dried to appropriate recognised standards. A number of points
in the target drying area are randomly selected and probes
are inserted into the wall or floor at the start of the drying
process. Information can then be downloaded at any time.

What is wet?
Is it getting dryer?
Is it dry?
How do you know it's dry?
After water damage has occurred, these questions are vital
to determine scope of work and when a loss has been returned
to a pre loss condition. Until now you have had to trust on
the say so of the attending service contractor - and we all
know the horror stories of poor workmanship.
So, what can Water Out provide? Water Out have strived to
ensure that our works can be substantiated by data logging
the drying works. Not only do we use air temperature and humidity
loggers, we use structural data loggers and thermal imaging
to ascertain temperature differentials and the absence of
remaining excess moisture.

At the end of each job, having continually monitored the
drying process we can, if required, provide a full and easy
to read and understand, graph and printout as documentation
of a completed drying job.

The result is that any comebacks can be dealt with professionally
and swiftly without the uncertainty that you are currently
faced with when using other drying companies.
